FAQs

Where do we begin?

With a conversation! Reach out to me via email or the contact from here. You can provide details about the type of communications/content support you’re seeking or information about the project you’d like to work on together, or, if you’re still scoping the work, you can just request a conversation. Either way, the next step is a free consultation through which I can learn more about your needs, and we can decide on our next steps together.

What are your prices?

The cost varies depending on the length and difficulty of the engagement. High-quality writing takes time and expertise, and I offer a bespoke, best-in-class service. That said, I’m flexible, and it’s likely we can work something out within your budget.

If you have a well-scoped engagement in mind, I’d be happy to provide you with a quote. If not, I can provide you with a quote and scope of work after our initial consultation.

I work in sessions, which are made up of seven hours and can occur within one day or across multiple days, depending on your needs.

I also provide discounts for high-volumes of work, long-term engagements, and repeat clients who are pleasant to work with.

How long does an engagement last?

An engagement must contain at least two sessions within a month.

Beyond that, an engagement is as many sessions as we agree are necessary to achieve our goals. I prefer having long-term relationships with clients, so ideally we’d begin with at least a three-month contract if that timeframe suits your organization’s timelines and objectives. I also give discounts for contracts that last six months or more or contain more than five sessions during a one-month period.

Do you work with clients in various time zones?

Yes! Because communications is part independent work and part collaboration, working across time zones is no problem. I prefer to have at least a couple of hours a day that overlap with the client's workday. However, I’ve successfully worked with companies and individuals throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, Singapore, and Australia. As long as everyone is flexible, we can make it work.
